Samri Night at final Sealine Nights | 30 January

Samri Night at final Sealine Nights | 30 January

Friday 30 January 2026 hosts the final Sealine Nights evening at 8 pm, built around a Samri themed programme that highlights traditional Gulf music and collective singing. The night is designed as both a cultural celebration and the closing event for Sealine Season 2026.

The programme typically builds through the night, culminating in a large scale fireworks display that lights up the dunes and sky. If you are choosing just one concert night to attend, this closing evening offers both strong cultural content and a sense of finale.

Doha Bus: Monster Truck & Desert Safaris

During Sealine Season, dedicated desert safari experiences operate from the site, including a monster truck style ride and guided desert tours. These experiences are organised so that visitors without their own 4×4 can still enjoy off road terrain in a controlled environment.
The monster truck and safari rides usually follow marked routes, with professional drivers and safety briefings. They are suitable for adults and older children who are comfortable with bumpy, high energy rides, and they pair well with attending Monster Jam or the evening concerts on the same day.

Dune bashing tours

Dune bashing tours

Commercial dune bashing tours operate at Sealine and the nearby Inland Sea during the wider winter season and are highlighted within the Sealine programme. These tours use experienced 4×4 drivers who navigate steep dunes, side slopes, and scenic ridgelines.

Most operators offer one to two hour drives, often combined with photo stops over Khor Al Adaid and optional camp visits. Wear a seatbelt at all times, secure loose items, and avoid heavy meals immediately before your dune bashing session if you are prone to motion sickness.

Horse riding by the beach

This season also promotes horse riding experiences along the shoreline near the desert site. These rides typically last 25 or 50 minutes and are available for both adults and children, subject to provider age and safety policies.
Gentle coastal routes are usually chosen for beginners, while more confident riders can request longer or slightly faster sessions. Closed shoes, long trousers, and listening carefully to the guide’s instructions help keep the experience comfortable and safe.

Sports activities

Beyond headline shows, this season promotes a mix of desert and beach sports, including dune buggies, quad and ATV rides, casual football, and other family games. These activities can run daily or on selected days within the season, depending on operators and conditions.

Booking in advance is recommended for powered activities such as buggies and ATVs, especially on weekends. For informal sports like football or volleyball in designated areas, you often only need to arrive early enough to secure space and bring your own small equipment if desired.

Adventure Experience: ATV Quad Bike at Sealine

ATV quad biking is one of the most popular individual activities at Sealine during the winter season. Many operators cluster near the main access road and at designated areas around the dunes. Typical sessions last about one hour and start from roughly QAR 200 to QAR 300 per bike, depending on engine size and provider.

Riders are usually given basic safety gear, including a helmet, and a briefing before heading onto the dunes. If you are new to off road riding, consider starting with a guided route in an easier area or selecting a smaller engine capacity until you feel more confident.

For safety, follow posted speed limits in shared zones, keep a safe distance from other vehicles, and avoid riding close to the edges of high dunes where visibility drops. Early morning and late afternoon slots provide better light, cooler temperatures, and often fewer crowds.

Here is the detail of sealine season 2025.

Getting to Sealine area

Sealine Season is officially located at Sealine Circuit Sports Club in the Sealine area near Mesaieed, south of Doha. The site is reachable in roughly 50 to 70 minutes by car from central Doha, depending on traffic.

Take the Doha Metro to Al Wakra Station (Red Line), which is the closest metro stop toward Sealine. From Al Wakra Metro Station, continue by bus or taxi, as Sealine is not directly connected to the metro.

Stay at impressive nearby hotels

Staying overnight near Sealine allows you to avoid late night drives back to Doha and gives you more time on the dunes and beach. The official tourism listings highlight three accommodation options close to the Sealine Season site, each with a different style and level of immersion in the desert.

These properties often package desert activities, meals, and transport, so checking their offers can simplify your planning. Because January is peak season, book well in advance and confirm whether your stay includes 4×4 transfers to the event area or if you must arrange these separately.

Regency Sealine Camp

Regency Sealine Camp offers a luxury “glamping” style camp set where the desert meets the sea near the Inland Sea. Guests stay in fully furnished tents or suites with air conditioning, en suite bathrooms, and views over sand and shoreline.

On site, the camp provides dune bashing, quad biking, camel rides, and paragliding options, along with a traditional style lounge where meals are served under the night sky. This is a strong choice if you want an immersive desert stay with hotel level comfort and easy access to Sealine Season by 4×4.

The Outpost Al Barari

The Outpost Al Barari

The Outpost Al Barari is a high end desert retreat located within the Inland Sea nature reserve, around an hour from Doha. It features private tented villas with plunge pools, designed to blend luxury hospitality with direct access to sand dunes and desert views.

Wellness and nature are central themes here, with desert workout programmes, spa style treatments, and an infinity pool facing the dunes. If you are attending Sealine Season and also plan to join events like Savage Line Sahara at the same resort area, The Outpost can act as both base and event venue.

Sealine Beach, A Murwab Resort

Sealine Beach, A Murwab Resort is an established beach resort located about 55 kilometres south of Doha on Sealine Beach Road. It offers rooms, suites, and villas that open directly onto the shoreline, with several dining outlets, pools, and a spa.

The resort runs its own menu of activities, including water sports, desert safaris, camel and horse riding, and team sports facilities. For many visitors, this is the most versatile base for combining Sealine Season evenings with relaxed beach time, especially for families who want resort amenities.

Conclusion

Sealine Season turns Qatar’s best known coastal desert into a curated winter destination rather than a simple day trip. Over three weeks, you can combine motorsport, concerts, family activities, and desert sports in one compact area.

The official programme for January 2026 includes Monster Jam, Sealine Nights concerts, fireworks, dune adventures, and organised sports activities. This makes it easy to plan a full evening or weekend that feels structured, safe, and suitable for different age groups.
