How Qatar Sets Monthly Fuel Rates

Since September 2017, QatarEnergy pegs domestic rates to a rolling global average of crude‐oil benchmarks (Brent and WTI).
At the end of each month, QatarEnergy calculates the following month’s retail prices based on these indexes.
