Rules and Regulations:

Age : 13 years or older.
Minimum height: 153cm (5ft)
Maximum weight : 120kg
Respect all staff, rules, flags, and marshal signals.
Arrival: At least 30 minutes early — late arrivals may not be allowed!
Gate: Use the East Gate for entry (or Main Gate and follow signs).
Safety briefing: Mandatory before driving.
No contact allowed — no bumping karts or barriers!
Dress code: Loose clothing, open shoes, abayas, heals are not allowed.
Helmets: Required (personal helmets must have a clear visor).
Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.
Health Conditions: Pregnant ladies, or people suffering from heart conditions, people suffering from epilepsy, back or neck instability are forbidden for karting in their own best interest.

Caution

Lusail International Circuit reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances weather or safety concerns.
In such cases, participants will receive a voucher.
Once registered the booking cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

The Lusail International Circuit is a motor racing circuit which is located on the outskirts of Lusail, Qatar. Having a main straight of 1.068 km, it is 5.419 km in total length. Its construction was completed in 2004. This grand project costed around 58 million USD. The inaugural Qatar motorcycle Grand Prix was held here in 2004. In 2007, Lusail added permanent outdoor lighting for night races.

At the time, the lighting of the Lusail Circuit by Musco Lighting was the largest permanent venue sports lighting project in the world. In 2021 the venue hosted the first formula one Grand Prix sponsored by Qatar Airways. In 2022 an upgrade was done. On 20^th anniversary Qatar 1812 km FIA WEC and Moto GP Grand Prix were held.

The Lusail International Circuit offers a variety of spaces for hosting events like a motor-sport track, hospitality lounges, expansive parking areas. It is the only world class motor venue in the region to hold highest level of certification from FIA and FIM. It also offers VIP and lavish hospitality lounges for private events. Friday, November 28: F1 Family Day

F1 Family Friday offers families the opportunity to experience Formula 1® together at LIC. Children under 12 receive free general admission when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult (limit 4 children per adult). Child tickets must be booked in advance through the official LIC website. Visitors can watch Formula 1® practice sessions, explore the Fan Zone and all its activities including F1® Fan Forum, food courts, and post-session concerts on the given day. General Admission includes access to Lusail Hill (Turn 1), free shuttle service from Lusail QNB Metro Station and parking spots for fans planning to drive to the venue.

Will begin with Sprint Shootout, which will be followed by 100km sprint race. Drivers compete with no pit stops under floodlights.

Featuring a full Grand Prix race where strategy, skill, and endurance will be tested over 57 laps of the 5.38km circuit.

Special Features: Access to entertainment zones, multiple viewing points, and the opening ceremony, concluding with a concert and fireworks display.
